A PEOPLE’S MANIFESTO FOR THE FUTURE OF CONSERVATION

The “Marseille Manifesto: a people’s manifesto for the future of conservation” was

developed by many Indigenous and non-Indigenous activists and experts who gathered in September 2021 for the groundbreaking “Our Land, Our Nature” (OLON) congress. These issues were further discussed at the Berlin OLON conference in April 2022, and at the New York City OLON conference in April 2023.
